My name is Tam Nguyen, Founder / CEO of Alva Precision Technologies and I would like to share how we are revolutionizing precision manufacturing. Over the course of the pandemic, we endured an extreme labor shortage and unprecedented inflation. Industry wide lead times grew, and prices increased as many machine shops were unable to survive. It was during this time I realized the traditional CNC Machine shop model needed to EVOLVE. Leveraging over a decade of experience gained through operating my own machine shop, I dedicated myself to that evolution, and the idea of Next-Generation Precision Manufacturing.
